Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

Your business needs change over time — and your email plan should be able to keep up. Changing plans is straightforward.

Upgrading Your Plan

If you need more mailboxes, storage, or domains, upgrading is easy:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Billing in the navigation
  3. Click Change Plan
  4. Select the new plan you want
  5. Confirm the change — you'll be charged the new rate at your next billing cycle, with prorated credit for unused time on your current plan

Downgrading Your Plan

You can downgrade at any time. Keep in mind:

  • If your current setup uses more mailboxes or storage than the lower plan allows, you'll need to reduce usage before downgrading
  • The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
