Billing FAQ
When am I charged?
You're charged on the same day each month, starting from the date you signed up. For example, if you signed up on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. We do not currently accept PayPal or bank transfers.
Is there a free trial?
Our Essential plan starts at $1/month — low enough that we consider it our trial tier. There's no free plan, but the risk is minimal.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund.
Will my price change?
If we ever change our pricing, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance and given the option to lock in their current rate or cancel.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We never store your card details on our servers.
Can I get an invoice?
Invoices are automatically generated for each payment and available in your billing dashboard. You can download them as PDFs for your accounting records.
