Cancelling Your Subscription

We'd hate to see you go — but if you need to cancel, we've made it easy and straightforward.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your Branded Inbox account
  2. Go to Billing
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Follow the confirmation steps

Your account remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after cancellation.

Before You Cancel

Make sure to:

  • Export any emails you want to keep using your email client
  • Update your DNS records if you're switching to another email provider — update MX records before your account closes to avoid mail delivery disruption
  • Notify contacts of any address change if you're switching to a different email address

Data Retention

After cancellation, your mailbox data is retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted. If you change your mind, you can reactivate within that window.
