Absolutely not. We are deeply committed to maintaining our IP reputation, ensuring that as a Branded Inbox customer, your email deliverability is never compromised by others. We prioritize making sure that your customers receive their order emails directly in their inbox, not in their junk folder!
How do storage allocations work?
Your selected plan determines the total storage allocation for your account. The Essential plan offers a straightforward setup with one domain and 1GB of storage. The Growth and Elite plans provide more flexibility, offering 2GB and 5GB of storage per account, respectively. These allocations can be distributed across all domains and email accounts within the plan. For instance, under the Elite plan, you could manage 100 email accounts, each provisioned with 1GB; your limit is only reached when the total usage across all accounts hits 5GB.

We are unable to provide services to the following customers due to consistently negative experiences with bounce rates and spam reports:
- Leak forums. These are forums where users share compromised accounts for internet services.
- Adult forums. These are forums where users trade pornography.
- Hundreds of emails at a time to qq.com. If you send almost exclusively to qq.com, and hundreds of emails at a time, we are unable to provide you with service.
- Deceptive use against third party services like signing up for hundreds or thousands of accounts for a website using a catchall and randomly generated email aliases.
- Forward-only service for massive numbers of domains on one account (maximum impact on our servers, minimal cost and spreading out of domains)
- Sending SMS via email
- Marketing email
- “Warmup” services
- Chinese counterfeit ecommerce websites
- Anything relating to v2board
- Email forwarders configured in such a way that they frequently exceed 300 outbound emails per hour
