Can I use Branded Inbox to send marketing emails?

Branded Inbox is optimized for transactional and business email, not bulk marketing sends. For marketing campaigns, we recommend pairing your Branded Inbox account with a dedicated email marketing platform like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.

How do storage allocations work?

Each plan includes a set storage quota per mailbox. Storage is used for emails and attachments in your inbox. You can manage storage by archiving or deleting old messages, or upgrading your plan.

Is 1GB of storage enough for business email?

For most small business email — sending and receiving text-based emails and moderate attachments — 1GB is more than enough. If you regularly receive large files, consider upgrading to the Growth or Elite plan.

What is the hostname field when registering?

The hostname is your custom domain name (e.g., yourstore.com). This is the domain you want your email addresses to use. You will need to own this domain and have access to update its DNS MX records.

What is your refund policy?

Please contact our support team regarding refund requests. We handle each situation on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy with Branded Inbox.

Are there any forbidden services or prohibited uses?

Yes. Branded Inbox prohibits sending spam, bulk unsolicited emails, phishing, or any illegal content. Abuse results in immediate account termination. We maintain strict IP reputation standards to protect all users.

Do you offer calendar or contacts solutions?

Branded Inbox currently focuses on email hosting. Calendar and contacts sync may be available depending on your chosen webmail client (Crossbox, Snappy, or Roundcube).
